When you trust Kramio with the details of your health, wealth, and home, we don't take that lightly. Unlike public AI tools that harvest your personal life, Kramio is built as a secure, impenetrable vault. You are our customer — not our product.
The Identity Shield
Before your documents or questions are sent to any frontier AI model, our proprietary Identity Shield automatically scrubs personal information — names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, and government identifiers (SSN, Aadhaar, NI number). Frontier providers receive only the context needed to help you, and remain completely blind to your identity.
What we never do
- —We do not train frontier AI models on your data. Your conversations, documents, and personal facts are never used to train the foundation models we route requests to.
- —We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or partners.
- —We do not allow human review of your conversations except when you explicitly request support.
- —Voice audio is processed in memory and never stored.
- —Your precise address is never shared with recommended providers until you choose to contact them.
How Kramio uses your data
Kramio surfaces context from your conversations and documents to personalize your recommendations. The more you use Kramio, the more relevant your answers become. This personalization happens within your own encrypted, isolated account — it is never combined with other users' data and never shared externally. As Kramio evolves, this analysis may power personalization that works only for you, never for anyone else.
Application-Level Encryption & Control
Sensitive fields — chat messages, document text, session summaries, and personal facts — are encrypted at rest with application-level encryption before they're stored. Delete a single document, clear a chat, or wipe your entire history with one click. What happens in Kramio stays in Kramio.
Where your data lives, and for how long
Encrypted data is stored in Google Cloud (US, UK, and India regions, matched to your account region). You can delete any document, conversation, or fact at any time from inside the app. For full account deletion, email support@kramio.com — your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
